At CLETUS, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we create. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to make it better. Our return and exchange process is designed to be smooth, fair, and transparent — just like your experience with our brand should be.


📅 21-Day Return Window

We offer a 21-day return period from the date of delivery/purchase for all full-priced items. Please read the following to ensure your item qualifies:


✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet these conditions:

  • ✔️ Unworn

  • ✔️ Unwashed

  • ✔️ In original packaging

  • ✔️ Free from stains, pilling, or signs of wear

  • ✔️ No strong odors (smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Due to hygiene reasons):

  • Undergarments & socks

  • Bodysuits

  • Accessories like jewelry, hats/caps, water bottles, and bags


💸 Refund Method

If your return meets our guidelines, we’ll issue a store credit (excluding shipping costs) to the email used in your order.

  • Store credits / gift cards / coupon codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

📌 Please note: Returns requested after 21 days may not be accepted.


⚠️ Issues with Your Order?

Did you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or something missing from your order?
No worries — we’ve got you.

🕒 You must report this within 48 hours of receiving your order.

🔁 Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit valid for 12 months — so you can pick something else you’ll love.


🚚 Return Shipping & Process

We offer FREE returns and exchanges on domestic orders via Citypak Courier Service.

To initiate a return:

📍 You can also return items at our Flagship Store – Duplication Road, provided return conditions are met.
⚠️ Online orders cannot be returned at the Havelock City Mall store.


🛍️ In-Store Purchase Returns

If purchased at our Flagship Store:

  • Return via Citypak or visit the Flagship Store directly.

  • ⚠️ Flagship orders cannot be returned at Havelock City Mall.

If purchased at our Havelock City Mall Store:

  • Use Citypak to return items to our warehouse:
    📦 No 407, Pahala Pannithawa, Kanaththewewa, Wariyapola, Kurunegala, Sri Lanka

  • Or visit either store for direct exchanges (conditions apply).


🌍 International Orders

If you’re outside Sri Lanka, we’re happy to help.

🏷️ Sale Items

  • Items discounted 15% or more are final sale – no returns or exchanges.

  • Items discounted less than 15% are eligible for return within 21 days, if return conditions are met.


🎁 Gift Exchanges

Received a CLETUS gift and need a different size?

We accept exchanges for same item and color in different sizes only.
Please coordinate with the gift giver for verification (name & contact may be required).

🛑 No refunds or store credits will be issued for gifted items.
